Under state and federal laws a purchase with our company is an agreement by both parties and a legally binding contract to the specific terms laid out below. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly read and understand the terms of your sales contract before agreeing to the terms by placing your order.  Sorry, but we do not accept orders outside of The United States. Alaska and Hawaii residents please contact us as there will be additional shipping charges.

We at Mission Oak Designs, strive to get you the best choice in furniture to fit your needs. We feel it is important for us to explain our guidelines on shipping damage, return policy, and your item in general. If you cannot abide by our terms and conditions, please do not purchase from us. We find it much easier to avoid a sale that could later be problems for you and us, due to misunderstanding our guidelines. Should your order be delayed longer than the noted time we will contact you immediately. Please bear with us, we consider getting your piece finished as quickly as possible very important, but we want to make certain that you are receiving the same custom craftsmanship that everyone else gets who orders from us.

You, the buyer, must realize your items are custom crafted. It will not have the look and feel of a factory veneer. We do not use veneer or pressed wood in our furniture. You are purchasing a piece built from hardwood, therefore we cannot guarantee color matches and you will have a soft textured feel of real wood. We do not offer high gloss, slippery finishes. It is a warm satin finish. A piece of wood can accept stain differently in as little as 4 or 5 inches, therefore there may be a small variation in coloring. Each piece of wood will accept a color differently.

If you're not happy with your piece of furniture after receiving it simply return the product for a replacement or merchandise credit.  You are responsible for the shipping costs back to Mission Oak Designs. We do not give cash refunds. All pieces take approximately 8 to 10 weeks to receive since they are built especially for you. However, we will work as quickly as possible to assure a fast delivery while maintaining our high quality.

We at Mission Oak Designs do our best to assure safe delivery. We understand sometimes shipping damage can occur which is completely out of our control.  Should your piece arrive damaged you must notify the shipper upon delivery that the package has noticeable damage. Then you must call the shipper to file a claim. We are more than happy to help you fill out any claim forms, however we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during shipping. We will not accept the responsibility for return shipping when a customer cannot follow the directions set forth in this page.
