   I wanted to let you know that the custom table you made for me was delivered safe and sound by FedEx today. When I unwrapped the table the first word out of my mouth was "Wow!" Connie, my table is absolutely beautiful-- the quality of your work is second to none! I looked at the table from every perspective, turned it upside down and set it on its sides-- it's pleasant to look at from every angle. I especially love the grain of the quartersawn oak and the finish you applied-- it completes the table and gives it a life of its own.
   I also wanted to tell you that the table was excellently wrapped and could have withstood a nuclear explosion! If every company wrapped their packages like you there would be fewer damaged goods and many more happier customers.
   Thank you very much for making my table. When I was opening the box I felt like a kid at Christmas (at 49-- it's nice to feel that way again). You have an awesome gift, Connie-- thanks for sharing it with me and all of your customers. My experience with you and Mission Oak Designs was 100% positive and I will be ordering from you in the future and telling my friends about you and your wonderful company.

   I did receive the dictionary stand on Monday, August 10 delivered to the Tech Dr. address and we made the presentation on Wednesday, August 12.
   All comments have been positive and we agree it is very nice and beautifully done.
